What is collected and why

The inquiry form requests your name, business email, organization, optional role, engagement type, timeline, and a short message. These details are used to respond to your request and discuss a potential engagement. Pre-contractual steps requested by you and legitimate interests in business correspondence are the intended bases for this processing, as applicable.

Delivery and service providers

The site is prepared for Vercel hosting. When configured, Cloudflare Turnstile processes a browser challenge to prevent form abuse. Porkbun delivers inquiry emails through authenticated, encrypted SMTP to the business inbox. Hosting and mail providers may process operational metadata and information outside the EEA under their applicable contractual safeguards. Provider agreements, transfer arrangements, and the final processor list require owner review before launch. No inquiry is reported as delivered unless the delivery provider accepts it.

Retention and access

Inquiries should be retained only as long as necessary to respond and manage a potential engagement. The owner must confirm the final retention period and inbox deletion procedure before launch. Assessment evidence is subject to separate agreed confidentiality, access, and retention arrangements.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You can raise a concern with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ). Contact the controller to exercise your rights.

Cookies and tracking

The application does not add marketing trackers, analytics scripts, or non-essential tracking cookies. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request data to operate and protect the service. LinkedIn is an external service with its own privacy terms.
